Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: the natural or legal person whose details are provided in the order form.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations arising from the Buyer’s electronic purchase of Leren Soft digital software, cloud services, licences, or subscriptions. The essential features, price, payment method, and delivery information are shown on the order and payment pages.

3. Product and price

The product name, plan, currency, taxes, and total amount are clearly shown before payment. Prices state whether VAT and applicable taxes are included or excluded. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Payment

Payments are collected through iyzico by credit or debit card or other methods offered by iyzico. Card details are not transmitted to or stored by the Seller. If payment is not approved, the order may remain pending or be cancelled.

5. Delivery

The product is digital; there is no physical delivery. After payment confirmation, access and licence information is sent by email or through the product account. The Buyer must notify the Seller immediately if access fails.

6. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and software services performed immediately with the Buyer’s express consent. By completing the order, the Buyer consents to immediate delivery and accepts this exception. Mandatory consumer law rights remain reserved.

7. Refunds and defective service

If the product is not delivered, does not work as described, or cannot be used technically, the Buyer contacts support. The Seller will resolve the issue within a reasonable time or, where that is not possible, provide a refund, credit, or comparable solution in accordance with applicable law. Used subscription periods are generally non-refundable.

8. Licence and use

Products may be used only within the purchased plan and seat count. Transferring the licence, reverse engineering, unauthorised copying, overloading the service, or allowing unauthorised third-party access is prohibited. Licences may be suspended in case of breach.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy, KVKK, and GDPR. Information required for payment is shared with iyzico.

10. Disputes

For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits. For commercial purchases, the courts and enforcement offices of Dörtyol/Hatay have jurisdiction.

11. Effectiveness

By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement. The agreement is stored electronically together with the order and payment records.
