Delivery & Returns

1. Product type

Leren Soft products are digital software, cloud services, and software licences. There is no physical shipping. Products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery

Once payment is approved, access details, licence keys, or your product account are sent the same day to your registered email address and/or the relevant product panel. If delivery does not arrive, check the payment result and your junk mail folder, then contact us.

3. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under Turkish consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and software services performed immediately where the consumer has given express consent. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital product.

If a product is not delivered, cannot be used technically, or does not work as described, our support team will fix the issue or, where that is not possible, provide an appropriate refund or credit.

4. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can stop renewal at any time from your account and billing page. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period; used periods are generally non-refundable.
